Living in and loving Crismon Creek in East Mesa - A wonderful family neighborhood

It has been reported that:  Neighbors from the community behind Crismon Creek and next door to families in Crismon Creek are complaining about the neglect in the backyards of their neighbors such as green pools, weeds, etc. Please review your CC&R's .. this is a violation and fines and/or notices will be sent to those in violation. In our recent Board meeting, two additional areas of the community were selected for upgraded plants, etc. For any questions on the landscaping, please email Joel, Scott or Al. They are the board members handling the landscaping issues. They are looking for any volunteers that would be willing to serve on their committee to help scout out areas in need in our community.

For those of you submitting architectural approval forms, please provide a drawing or diagram of your plans - especially when adding concrete. The CC&R's specifically indicate that no more than 50% of the front of the home shall be concrete. We try to be consistent with that rule so we maintain our property values. Be very specific so that the volunteers overseeing your requests can complete them in an expedited manner. Please know that though you will see homes not in compliance, they are the exception. Most have submitted their requests for approval after the builder's completion and turn over to the homeowners. Others did submit their requests during the time of the builder being onsite. Enough said.
